Services & Scope
Quadstack Services provides web development, mobile application engineering, and SaaS pre-build solutions. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal or statement of work (SOW). Any requests outside the initial scope may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website/application code). However, Quadstack Services retains the right to use non-proprietary code snippets, general logic, and the project for portfolio/promotional purposes unless a specific NDA is signed.
Payment Terms
For custom builds, a commencement deposit is required. For SaaS Pre-builds, payment terms are typically upfront. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of development or deployment services. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide necessary assets (logos, content, API keys) in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets will result in a corresponding shift in the delivery timeline. We are not responsible for project stagnation due to lack of client communication.
Warranties & Support
We offer a 6-month support period for Pre-builds (as specified in the service). While we ensure code performance at launch, we are not liable for third-party hosting failures, external API changes, or client-side code modifications after handover.
